Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MB Popierizmas, a company registered in Lithuania ("MonthLi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using MonthLi at monthli.dev or app.monthli.dev, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

MonthLi is a personal monthly budget planner that lets you record income, categorise expenses, and track your running balance. The data you enter is self-reported; MonthLi does not connect to bank accounts or read transactions.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use MonthLi. You are responsible for the accuracy of your sign-up details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

4. Free trial, pricing & billing

  • MonthLi offers a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • After the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription of €3 per month, incl. VAT, billed monthly.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Right of withdrawal & refunds (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting to use the Service during the free trial, you acknowledge that the digital service is provided immediately, and you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply once provision of the paid Service has begun with your express consent.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you may cancel at any time to prevent further charges.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service;
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account with others;
  • Upload content that infringes others' rights or applicable law.

7. Your data

You own the budget and financial data you enter into MonthLi. We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app or by emailing support@monthli.dev.

Application data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep MonthLi available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

9. Disclaimer

MonthLi is a budgeting tool and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the data you record.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Popierizmas' total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or to us.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Lithuania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
